The residence is situated in a green area a short walk from the beaches and the town centre.
All the apartments have balconies with either a lake or mountain view.
It is fairly close to the cable car terminal wich in a few minutes can whisk you to the top of Monte Baldo (ca. 1700 m.) The halfway point is an ideal place to alight for mountain bikers and walkers.
Our position renders us an ideal base for paragliding enthusiasts.

The unit has a storage for windsurf, a covered cycles-motorcycles garage, a garden amongst the olive trees with sun beds, table tennis and children games, swimming pool with whirlpool, an ample terrace and a private car park.
The apartments are subdivided into single and double rooms fitted with mod cons. and Satellite TV. The wardens guarantee hospitality to all. Equipment for young children can be provided upon request (Beds etc.). Dogs and other pets are welcome on request.
